Creating a Service Request (as Guest)

Follow this simple steps:


1. Open your browser (use any browser like Chrome, Firefox or Edge)

2. Visit the Helpdesk URL (go to https://support.universityofantique.edu.ph)

3. Click "Create a New Service Request"

  - On the homepage, you'll see a button labeled "Created a New Service Request".

  - Click to start your support request.

4. Fill Out the Service Request Form

  You’ll be asked to provide the following information:

  - Email Address

    Your valid email (antiquespride email for existing student/employee and valid email for guest).

  Full name

    Your full name.

  Mobile Number

    current active mobile number.

  Service Category

      - Inquiry

      - Services

   - Issue Summary

     Select the appropiate topic for your request.

  Thread

     Provide detailed information about your issue or request.

  - Attachment (optional)

     Upload screenshots, documents, or files that support your request.

5. Submit the Ticket

     - After filling out the form, click the“Create Service Request”.

     - You’ll see a confirmation message with your Ticket Number sent on the email address that you provided in the service request form.
