Check Status of Service Request (as Guest)

Follow this simple steps:


1. Open your browser (use any browser like Chrome, Firefox or Edge)

2. Visit the Helpdesk URL (go to https://support.universityofantique.edu.ph)

3. Click "Check Service Request Status"

- On the homepage, you'll see a button labeled "Check Service Request Status".

4. Enter Your Credentials

   You will be prompted to enter:

     - Your email address

      the same one used when the ticket was created.

     - Ticket Number

      the one you received via email after ticket submission (e.g. ICTU-RQT-00046).

     - A ticket access link will be sent to the email address you provided.

5. View the Ticket

- Click “View Ticket” or “View Status”.

- You will see:

     - The ticket subject and message.

     - Support team responses and updates.

     - Ticket status (e.g. Open, Current Job, Resolved, Closed).

6. Reply to the Ticket

- Scroll down to the “Post a Reply” box if you want to provide more information or to follow up your request.
