Frequently Asked Question
Follow this simple steps:
1. Open your browser (use any browser like Chrome, Firefox or Edge)
2. Visit the Helpdesk URL (go to https://support.universityofantique.edu.ph)
3. Click “Sign in”
- On the homepage, you’ll see a Navigation button “Sign in”.
- Click the “Sign in with antiquespride email” button.
- Choose your Google account (antiquespride email).
- Allow access if prompted.
4. Click “Create a New Service Request”
You’ll be asked to provide the following information:
- Service Category
- Inquiry
- Services
- Issue Summary
Select the appropiate topic for your request.
- Thread
Provide detailed information about your issue or request.
- Attachment (optional)
Upload screenshots, documents, or files that support your request.
5. After Submitting
- You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number.
- You can also track and reply to your ticket within the osTicket dashboard under “My Tickets”.
Viewing or Replying to Tickets (While Logged in)
- Go to “Tickets” in the top menu.
You'll see a list of all your submitted tickets.
- Click on a ticket to:
- View staff replies and status.
- Add more information via the Reply box.
